Main Location
SSIF's main location and administrative office at Frescati Campus, inside the large sports hall at Frescati Sports Center. While the majority of our training sessions take place within the sports hall’s facilities, we also hold sessions at several other locations across central Stockholm, which you can read about below. When selecting a session in our app, you can also see where each training session is held.

About Frescati Sports Center
Frescati Sports Center is the heart of SSIF. Here you'll find our main halls, studios and gym facilities where most of our classes and workouts take place.

SSIF’s office
If you have specific questions, you can email the office directly at info@ssif.nu and we will respond as soon as we can. The reception area in Frescati Sports Center has SSIF personnel available during office hours.
