Small Group Training gives you a personalized training experience with quick development and a smile on your face. Choose between Badminton, Swimming, Volleyball, Tennis as well as our seasonal sports Cross Country Skiing and Roller Skiing.
Small Group Training is suitable for you who wants to develop quickly and appreciate full focus from a personal coaching. With only a few participants, there is time for everyone to progress, whilst letting you enjoy your activity and new friends. We offer a level-divided range to optimize training based on your level within the sport.
At SSIF we also offer seasonal intensive courses where we train several times a week to capitalise the short season. Information regarding intensive courses is posted regularly.

SSIF’s training sessions are available for anyone over the age of 18. Sessions are held with a mixed group of people.
