SSIF ALL IN is a training card with a unique and wide range of training styles. In total the multi card gives you access to over 30 different sports and group fitness styles. Each week you can choose between around 100 trainings within everything from team-and racketsports to strength and cardio group fitness classes.
SSIF ALL IN is perfect for those of you who likes flexibility as you choose yourself which training sessions to attend each week. You can train one, two or as many times a week as you want. Some examples of sports and group fitness styles that is included in our training range are Badminton, Volleyball, Futsal, Basketball, Gymnastics, Fencing, Thaiboxing, Dance, Yoga, Les Mills, Pilates, Zumba, HIIT and much more.
SSIF ALL IN gives you access to our full range of training (except for our courses which require separate registration). The training sessions are available in various difficulty levels, has a varied content and are led by our experienced instructors that are all English speaking. The training card is term-based and follows the university terms.
Our goal at SSIF is for everyone to feel welcome and included, whether you are a beginner or advanced player, a student or non-student, loves sports or loves group fitness. Therefore we offer one of Sweden’s most varied training range to make sure that everyone finds something that they like! SSIF’s training is open to everyone over 18 and the training takes place in gender-mixed groups. Students are offered a favorable student discount on presentation of valid student identification.
