This class is included in both SSIF ALL IN & STUDIO

We offer motivating running class in the beautiful environment of Norra Djurgården. In the company of others, you get dedicated help from our instructors to develop technique and fitness during an hour of varied training. We run in mixed terrain on different stretches around Frescati and Brunnsviken.

Access to showers, changing rooms and lockers in the Frescati Sports Center is included in the participation fee (bring your own lock).

Remember to wear proper running shoes and dress accordingly to weather.

To book this class you need a valid SSIF training card, either the ALL IN or the STUDIO, you also need a valid membership.
